We hope that everyone had a fantastic Mother’s Day! What a great opportunity to spend some quality time with the ones you love. I just wanted to take a moment to brag on Cole. Not for anything specific, but just because I enjoy spending every moment with him. It is so easy to get distracted by the daily routines and forget that our kids are growing up right before our eyes. It really seems like Cole has sprouted up just over night. Clearly I know this is not the case, but if we aren’t careful, we will miss it. So, I took Cole to grab some ice cream and couldn’t help but smile at his adorable faces! I hope you take the time to take your kid on a date sometime this week, and snap a picture while your there.. don’t worry about the mess! Life is messy, and that’s okay!

Intimate Fort Myers Private Residence Wedding

It was a lovely day in Southwest Florida. The bride had returned from getting her hair and makeup done, and was about to put on her gorgeous wedding dress. Then it hit her. She was about to marry her best friend. A girl dreams of this day since they are old enough to play dress up. Now Julie was not playing for pretend, her real life story was unfolding before her eyes. We captured moments as the day went on, and from behind the camera noticed time and time again how much Scott cherished Julie. Scott & Julie, thank you for allowing us to be such a big part of your day!

Bride Returns to Childhood Vacation Destination for Beautiful Captiva Beach Wedding

Ryan and Catherine first met each other when they were set up on a blind date. They met for coffee and went for a walk in Boston. Two years later and they got to spend their beautiful wedding day together on Captiva Island where Catherine grew up visiting as a child. Family and guests started the celebration with a rehearsal dinner and catamaran boat ride the night before. After the gorgeous beach ceremony everyone enjoyed a reception dinner at the Sanctuary Golf Course on Sanibel Island. What a treat it was to be surprised by the sound of live bagpipes playing at the reception! We wish Ryan and Catherine the best of luck in their new lives together. New York Winter Engagement Session

As I was looking back through some of our engagement sessions, I noticed one that had fallen through the cracks. I was traveling to New York to wrap up a few projects and was able to photograph Jon and Suzanne. This session was special since it was snowing and we wanted to do the session outdoors to capture some architectural elements, along with the beautiful weather. I was thrilled to be photographing their session. I always love the opportunity to shoot something a little different. The brisk weather, happy couple in front of me and the snow falling here and there made for such an exhilarating feeling. We are so pleased with how Jon and Suzanne’s session turned out, and wish them all the best!

Jaclyn always dreamed of a beach wedding. Thankfully the skies opened up for Jaclyn and Kelly to enjoy one of the most beautiful Sunsets at Marco Island Marriott Beach Resort. They had an intimate ceremony with their family. We hope their wedding reception in their hometown of St. Louis is as great as their wedding day was on Marco Island. Couple said “I do” at a Beautiful Marco Ocean Beach Club Wedding Ceremony

Laura and Pat said “I do” at a Beautiful Marco Ocean Beach Club Wedding Ceremony. The day however did not start there. We had a blast taking on location photos at Laura’s parents’ house, where we did a “First Look” on their pier. The wedding party then posed for photos on their boat, which we were told the newlyweds took to Key West for their Honeymoon. We wish them all the happiness as they start their new lives together. Meet the O’bert family. We were thrilled to photograph this beautiful family on Captiva Island. South Seas Resort is one of our favorite places to photograph families! The resort has a great mix of locations to choose from. Holly looked absolutely beautiful, and her son was so precious! We also love the color pallet she choose for her family to wear. The soft teal looks fantastic mixed in with white.

From weddings, engagements, maternity and child milestones, we don’t want you guys to miss a beat! We have been photographing the Busold family since the very beginning. We captured the happy couples wedding day, maternity, and so on. We could not be happier to bring you a family we have come to love! First came baby Jackson, followed by baby Landon. We love how mom Jennifer used repetition with the blocks, using them in both boys sessions.
