Every girl dreams of her wedding day. For Racquel, her dream included saying “I do” on a tropical beach with the beauty of nature to echo her love. Racquel’s dream came true as she and Greg declared their love and lifelong commitment to each other on the shore of Marco Ocean Beach Resort.

I had the privilege of meeting this couple months before their special day where I was honored to shoot their engagement portraits. Both the bride and groom live in Florida and their sun-kissed beach wedding was as much climactic as it was romantic.

The location was spectacular for a Florida wedding and Marco Island Beach Resort is one of my favorite places to photograph with it’s European architecture and charm. The cocktail hour took place a beautiful terrace over looking the Gulf of Mexico. The sounds of laughter, jazz, dancing, and cake eating filled the ballroom and the celebration continued as they moved the after party to an evening club on the Resort property. Every detail of the day was enchanting, beautiful, and a “dream come true”.

Jessica and Anthony were married at the beautiful Marco Island Marriott. White sandy beaches, a sunset ceremony, and a moonlit reception. The Marco Island Marriott has all the right ingredients for a perfect wedding in their tropical and intimate setting. They offer it all, including unique honeymoon suites, bridal party spa packages, groomsmen’s golf outings, day-after brunches, and an online gift registry. We loved photographing this wedding because Jessica and Anthony were sooooooo much fun to work with. We were with them the entire day and there was never a dull moment!! They are the perfect couple and we wish them all the happiness in the many years to come!

Beth and Robert were married at a beautiful chruch on Marco Island and arrived by boat to their reception at the gorgeous Marco Island Yacht Club. As you cross over the S.S. Jolley Bridge at the Marco River, look to your right and you’ll see the magnificent Marco Island Yacht Club welcoming you to the island paradise inviting you to take a step back and slow your pace. 

Beth and Robert were so much fun – it was a military wedding and the guys looked awesome. And it goes without saying that the ladies were gorgeous as could be!! After the ceremony the entire bridal party took really cool vintage cars to the marina where they boarded a yacht that took them to their reception. The pictures are amazing and so unique – LOVE it!!

Kimberly and Robert were married at the Marco Island Yacht Club on Saturday, May 9, 2009. It was a beautiful beach wedding and they were a fun a beautiful couple.

Brandi and Todd were married at the Hideaway Beach Club on Marco Island. This is a great venue to photograph at…it seems to always have the most beautiful striking blue skies!

The reception theme was blue and brown with a lovely cake and a candy table!

Chris and Travis were married at the luxurious Marco Beach Ocean Resort located on Marco Island.
