The Beach Club Gazebo accommodates up to 100 people and overlooks the Gulf of Mexico, offering stunning views and perfect picture backdrops. One of the most popular ceremony sites at the Gasparilla Inn is underneath the Banyan Tree, which can be found on the 5th hole of The Gasparilla Inn golf course and accommodates up to 200 people.

The Beach Club is the most popular reception site at the resort and is located directly on the Gulf of Mexico. Offering both indoor and outdoor dining, the Beach Club accommodates up to 160 people and is the perfect place for an outdoor cocktail hour followed by an indoor sit down dinner.

The Golf Course Gazebo Area is perfect for functions of up to 90 people and allows guests to enjoy the weather with some protection from the elements. The Croquet Event Lawn overlooks the resort’s golf course, ponds and bayou and many couples host receptions here under a tent beneath the stars.
Culinary Services
Couples hosting Southwest Florida weddings at The Gasparilla Inn work with the resort’s chef, James Dyer, to ensure that the food and cake for their big day are absolutely perfect. Generally, the culinary service at The Gasparilla Inn includes a first course, an entrée and a wedding cake that is specifically designed for your event. The resort also provides a cocktail and beverage service and couples can opt to have a cash or open bar.
