Intimate Venues
For smaller events, couples hosting weddings at the Hyatt Regency Coconut Point often hold their ceremonies and/or receptions in the Blue Heron or Great Egret rooms. Each space can accommodate up to 130 guests for an elegant formal dinner or 168 people for a more laid-back cocktail reception or ceremony.

Outdoor Ceremonies & Recptions
Those who prefer to take advantage of the Southwest Florida weather can choose from two different outdoor locations: the Royal Palm or the Cypress Courtyards. Surrounded by swaying palm trees, each location offers views of Estero Bay and can be set up for a ceremony, reception or cocktail hour. The Cypress Courtyard accommodates 580 guests for a sit-down dinner and 737 for a cocktail reception while the larger Royal Palm can host up to 1,368 people for a cocktail hour and 1,080 for a formal meal.

Elegant Ballrooms
The Hyatt Regency Coconut Point also has two different grand ballrooms, each with a terrace ideal for a cocktail hour. The Estero Ballroom and Terrace can seat 380 people for a sit-down dinner and host 484 guests for a cocktail reception. Featuring luxurious décor, including grand cathedral ceilings, elegant chandeliers and a martini bar, the Calusa Ballroom can seat 560 people for dinner or hold 726 for a reception. The adjoining Calusa Terrace can also seat 600 guests for dinner or host 768 for cocktails.

Fine Cuisine
A culinary staff of experts meets with each couple to help plan the wedding menu, whether it be a sit-down affair or simple cocktail reception. Couples hosting Southwest Florida destination weddings at the resort are also able to choose from a range of wedding cakes designed by the resort pastry chef.
