Outdoor Locations
The most popular outdoor location at the Inn on Fifth is the Courtyard. Located on the hotel’s upper level, the Courtyard overlooks the Inn’s poolside waterfalls and islands and measures about 3,600 square feet. Here, couples can hold ceremonies under the sun or entertain their guests with a reception at night. Smaller outdoor events are often held on the Fifth Avenue Terrace, which offers treetop views of downtown Naples and is right next to the Inn’s Conference Suite, where most brides and grooms spend the night.
Elegant Ballrooms
The Inn on Fifth has one large ballroom that can be divided and outfitted to meet the needs of every bride and groom. Alone, the Palm Ballroom measures 1,876 square feet. Divided, the Palm becomes either the Royal Palm, an intimate space of about 700 square feet, or the Queen Palm, which offers 1,176 square feet. Adorned with luxurious chandeliers and plush, rich carpeting, the ballroom offers an elegant, royal-like atmosphere and has plenty of room for dining and dancing.
Catering
One aspect that draws couples hosting Southwest Florida weddings to the Inn on Fifth is the hotel’s renowned catering service. After contacting the hotel’s Director of Catering, couples hosting weddings at the Inn on Fifth are able to choose from several dinner packages or help design a package of their own to suit their individual needs. Sample packages include hors d’oeuvres, like Tuscan Bruschetta and Salmon Cornet, and entrees like Grilled Wild Chinook Salmon, Prime Rib and Grilled Chicken with Tarragon and Dijon Sauce.
All Included
And though food is often the most important thing at a reception, there are several other aspects, including drink, the wedding cake and decor, that are accounted for by the hotel. Liquor, wine and beer can be combined into any catering package while a wedding cake can be designed by the hotel’s culinary staff. Other aspects included in wedding packages at the Inn on Fifth are a champagne toast, basic linens, centerpieces, table arrangements and a room for the bride and groom on their wedding night.
