This lawn overlooks the golf course as well as the beach. The area is nicely landscaped and has a beautiful view of the sun setting over the Gulf of Mexico.
The East Lawn is another available South Seas Island Resort wedding ceremony site. This lawn area is perfect for the boating enthusiast. It looks out over the South Seas Yacht Harbor and is surrounded by beautiful palm trees and landscaping.

The Yacht Harbor also offers wedding ceremonies and receptions on one of the Captiva Cruises boats. Captiva Cruises offers both cruise boats as well as chartered sailing boats for South Seas Island Resort wedding couples looking to get out on the water. It features a historic ambiance with a tin roof, outdoor verandah, wood floors and French doors overlooking the waterfront. This recently renovated building is one of the resorts oldest structures.

This large size makes this space unique on Captiva Island. It is the largest reception space on the Island. For smaller South Seas Island Resort weddings the space can be reconfigured to accommodate a smaller gathering as well.
